Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your product, or it is damaged or faulty, we must be notified of such within 24 hours of the customer receiving their order. We must receive the product back within 30 days of receipt. In the unlikely event of a jewelry product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you may return the item for a refund or exchange as per the terms below. However, if you return the product for reasons other than defective or damaged goods, there will be a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
This is particularily important when choosing a ring size, due to the fact that each piece is custom made upon order and in some cases, a ring with a continous pattern is not sizable. If you are not sure of your finger size, the best suggestion we have is that you visit your local jewelry store to be measured. Keep in mind that the width of the ring you are ordering will affect what size you need – narrower rings will be a slightly smaller size than a wider ring on the same finger. This is especially important when ordering wedding rings or wide bands. In this case, make sure your jeweler uses his band sizers which are normally 6 mm in width. Remember also that your finger size is usually different for each hand, whatever hand you write with is probably a little larger. Ring returns due to customer ordering the incorrect size are subject to the restocking fee of 20%.

Please have your order number to hand, and our Customer Service team will issue a Returns Code.
Once a Returns Code has been issued, repackage the product with the following information:
- Name, Address, Telephone Number
- Order Number and Returns Code
- Note stating the reason for the return and the replacement requested.
Return via Registered USPS mail, as product can be tracked and proof of receipt is available. We will provide the appropriate return address to you during our correspondence.
